A few weeks ago I began a new series, the HABERDASHERY OF MR. MAC. I had bought my back to school clothes there in 19 and 68 when he was located on what is now called BROADWAY PLAZA. He was located next to Sear’s. The last time that I was in his new Shop at 12^th and Martin Luther King it was known as Hammer’ Apparel and I had bought a plaid Kensington short sleeve shirt.

I love the feeling that you get when you enter the shop because with all the inventory you feel that you are shopping at New York City. I walked out with a Fantastic buy on the Thickest, zippered sweat jacket that I have ever had.
